Made a delicious salad tonight for dinner! So satisfying 🧡

Made the green goddess smoothie today from Dr. Wahls’ cook book! My goodness is it delicious! What an incredible reminder of the seminar 🧡. So thankful for foods that fuel and heal!

Mini grocery haul from yesterday before I head out for the #wahlsseminar in FOUR DAYS!! I’m so delighted and eager.

Hello my beautiful friends! I am so nervous but so incredibly ecstatic to announce that I will speaking at a wellness event August 24th with four other intelligent, empowering women! I am completely honored to be on such a well-rounded panel! Had the most amazing local salad the other day and forgot to post. This is from @purealchemyconsciouscafe! The green goddess salad with added purple cabbage! So delicious!

🤔 Seems like an odd combination...but it was so delightful and refreshing! Quick salad put together by yours truly. The blueberries may just be my new favorite thing to add!
